A Student Venture! (JA COMPANY PROGRAM)

 EVENT on Monday, January 23, 2012 was a success with the local SPCA and WL Tribune in attendance.

Hand over the keys to success.  A prosperous community and strong economy is in the hands of our future ENTREPRENEURS and LEADERS of well-managed companies.  A Student Venture Program will inspire high school students to understand the role of business in our society by creating an enterprise of their own.

By collaborating with professional volunteer consultants to design, organize & operate a real business, student's experience how a small enterprise functions.  This program is curriculum-linked, student centered and skill focused.  It is facilitated by qualified business volunteers in weekly sessions over the course of a 10 to 12 week program.  This program is being delivered at Columneetza in Semester One by a variety of community volunteers.
